VALLEY OF STARS

For millennia, the realms of Erda and Halja were at peace, living parallel and connected by a single gate. Alas, it was not to be, for the god Halja became jealous of the fertile and green lands Erda cared for, and launched an attack to make her realm his own. Using the plentiful metals and resources of his own barren realm, he declared war on Erda and her peaceful people. Forced to choose between regaining peace and protecting her realm, Erda gathered all her power and closed the gate to Halja, sealing the world and it's god away for a thousand years.  With the banishment of Halja to his realm, Erda fell into eternal sleep. Without her power, the seal slowly weakens. Soon, Halja will step once again into the Erda's realm to exact his vengeance, and to at last overtake the realm.   In order to prevent this, the heroes that protect the Valley of Stars, home to the Realm Gate, must search for a way to awaken Erda from her eternal slumber, or watch as the millennia ends and the seal breaks, reopening the gate and allowing Halja to cross into Erda's realm.
